Deutsche Welle is Germany's international broadcaster and an innovative media enterprise. DW offers globally accessible multimedia information in more than 30 languages. It uses the latest digital technology for production and broadcasting and, in particular, draws on the expertise of a multinational team of some 1,500 employees from more than 60 countries. Octoshape broadcasts the 24 hour German/English channel DW-TV to audiences around the world, in a live high quality feed.
EBU - European Broadcasting Union
The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) is the largest professional association of national broadcasters in the world. The union has 117 active or associate members in 80 countries. Working on behalf of its members in the European area, the EBU operates the Eurovision and Euroradio networks, organizes programme exchanges, stimulates and coordinates co-productions, and provides a full range of other operational, commercial, technical, legal and strategic services. Octoshape works with different departments of the EBU on a number of projects.
